TORQ Recovery Plus+ is a daily hot cocoa drink for periods of intense training. Each 36g serve gives 2.5g beta-alanine, 1.7g HMB and sodium phosphate alongside cocoa and milk, as part of the TORQ Recovery System.
Ingredients:
Fructose, Skimmed Milk Powder (Milk), Cocoa (14%), Beta-Alanine (7%), HMB (5.6%), Sodium Phosphate (4.4%), Thickener (Tara Gum), Natural Flavour.
