EpicFuel is an online sports nutrition store dedicated to helping runners, cyclists, triathletes, gym-goers, and endurance athletes fuel their training, racing, and recovery with trusted performance nutrition products.

We are based in Malaysia and serve customers across Malaysia and selected international markets.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product sold on EpicFuel is sourced directly from authorised distributors or official brand partners.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Each product page includes recommended usage, ideal sports, and key benefits. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll recommend products based on your sport, race distance, and goals.

How do I place an order?

Simply:

  2. Add items to cart
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Choose your payment method
  5. Receive your confirmation email

Can I modify my order?

If your order hasn't been packed or shipped, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you believe you've made an error with your order, contact our customer support as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes, we'll do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout Malaysia and may offer international shipping to selected countries.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 5-7 business days
  • East Malaysia: 7–10 business days
  • International: varies by destination

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes for West Malaysia. Free shipping may be available when your order reaches the minimum purchase amount shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return products?

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened nutrition products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What if I received the wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. Please do make sure nothing has been consumed and return to us in its original state.

My order arrived damaged.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can investigate and arrange a suitable solution.

Product Questions

Are sports nutrition products suitable for beginners?

Yes. Sports nutrition can benefit athletes of all levels. The appropriate product depends on your training intensity, duration, and goals.

When should I take an energy gel?

Energy gels are generally used before or during prolonged endurance exercise to help maintain energy levels. Always follow the directions on the product label and practice your fueling strategy during training before race day.

Do I need electrolytes?

Electrolytes can help replace minerals lost through sweat during prolonged exercise or hot conditions. Individual needs vary depending on sweat rate, exercise duration, and weather.

Can I use sports nutrition products every day?

Many products can be used daily depending on your training schedule. Follow the serving recommendations provided on each product.

Are supplements necessary?

A balanced diet should be the foundation of your nutrition. Supplements are intended to complement not replace a healthy diet, and should be chosen based on your individual needs. 

Are your products tested for athletes?

Some brands provide independent testing or certification for banned substances. Please check the product description or contact us if this is important for your competition requirements.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is available, although creating an account lets you track orders and save your information.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one promotional code can usually be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Do discount codes expire?
