Fuelling guide
How to fuel with SiS
01 / Before
Prepare
Start topped up. Have a carb-rich meal before long sessions and sip electrolytes in the hours before, especially in the heat and humidity.
- Hydro electrolyte tablets
- GO Electrolyte powder
- GO Caffeine Shot (pre-race, if you use caffeine)
02 / During
Perform
For sessions over about an hour, take carbohydrate regularly from the start rather than waiting until you are tired. Practise your plan in training before race day.
- GO Isotonic gels: no water needed
- BETA Fuel gels, chews and drink for long efforts
- Electrolyte gels for hot, sweaty days
03 / After
Recover
Refuel with protein and carbohydrate after hard or long sessions, and replace the fluid you lost.
- REGO Rapid Recovery
- REGO Whey Protein
- BETA Recovery
General guidance only. Follow the directions on each pack.
