Overstim.s Ultra Hydrixir

Description:

Long-distance athletes are especially vulnerable to dehydration. Overstim.s Ultra Hydrixir, developed with ultra-trail legend François d'Haene, is a long-distance energy drink with 3 carbohydrate sources (about 30 g per serving), 4 electrolytes, 6 vitamins, BCAAs, glutamine and sodium bicarbonate. It is less sweet than other drink mixes, with no acidity, no preservatives and natural flavours.

Ingredients:

Maltodextrin, fructose, sucrose, potassium magnesium citrate, calcium lactate, sodium bicarbonate, branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine), magnesium citrate, L-glutamine, natural flavourings, vitamin C, thickener: sodium alginate, vitamin E, vitamin B3, manganese gluconate, vitamins B5, B6 and B1. Contains less than 20 mg/kg gluten.

Usage Instructions:

For 500 ml of drink use 3 tablespoons (40 g); for 700 ml use 4 tablespoons (56 g).

• During Exercise: Drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls every 10 minutes, 500 to 750 ml per hour.

• Start Early: Begin drinking from the first minutes of exercise.
