TORQ Recovery Drink

Description:

TORQ Recovery Drink is a 3:1 carbohydrate:protein post-exercise shake made with multiple-transportable carbohydrates and whey protein isolate, plus L-Glutamine and D-Ribose. It is built to rehydrate, refuel, repair and recharge after hard sessions. Naturally flavoured, with no colours or artificial sweeteners. Available as 50g single sachets, boxes of 10, a 500g tub (up to 10 serves) and a 1.5kg pouch (up to 30 serves).

Ingredients:

Strawberries & Cream, Cookies & Cream, Banana & Mango: Skimmed Milk Powder (Milk), Maltodextrin (Glucose Polymers 28%), Fructose (19-20%), L-Glutamine (6%), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (4%), D-Ribose (3%), Thickener (Tara Gum), Natural Flavours (1%), Vitamin & Mineral Mix (0.1%).

Chocolate Mint: Skimmed Milk Powder (Milk), Maltodextrin (Glucose Polymers 28%), Fructose (20%), L-Glutamine (6%), Cocoa Powder, Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (4%), D-Ribose (3%), Thickener (Tara Gum), Natural Flavours (2%), Vitamin & Mineral Mix (0.1%).

Usage Instructions:

Drink within 15 minutes of finishing. Moderate session: 2 scoops (50g, one sachet) in 200ml water. Hard: 3 scoops (75g) in 300ml. Heavy: 4 scoops (100g) in 400ml. Add powder to water and shake. Once mixed, keep chilled and drink within 24 hours.
