Description:
TORQ Explore Breakfast is a supercharged instant oat breakfast in a pouch, giving about 100g of carbohydrate and 25g of protein. Made for big training days, race mornings, ultras and adventures.
Ingredients:
Apricot & Ginger: Oatflakes, Dried Apricots (18%), Fortified Rice Crisps, Maltodextrin, Skimmed Milk Powder (Milk), Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Dextrose, Ginger (1%). Other flavours: see pack.

Usage Instructions:
