Usage Instructions:
Spread the box over your longest sessions of the month.
-
Standard Protocol: Eat the Solid 160 1–2 hours before a long session. During: sip the Drink Mix 160 in 500ml of water and take a gel every 20–30 minutes, saving the Gel 100 Caf 100 for the final hour. Take the Amino Vital Red Shot before or during, and CrampFix at the first sign of cramp.
-
Environment Strategy: In Southeast Asian heat, drink regularly and add electrolytes on long sessions. Test new products in training before race day.
