• Gut-Friendly Hydrogel: Designed for high intakes without stomach trouble.

• Six Sessions' Worth: Enough for six caffeinated training sessions or races.

Usage Instructions:

Mix one Drink Mix bag with 500ml of water, and take gels with a few sips of water.

• Standard Protocol: Sip one Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 bottle over 60–90 minutes and add a Gel 100 Caf 100 when you need a lift, building to 60–120g of carbs per hour.

• Caffeine Strategy: Do not exceed your personal caffeine limit. Test the total dose in training first, as heat and humidity can make caffeine feel stronger.
