GU Energy Roctane Gel (No Caffeine)

Description:

GU Roctane is the high-performance version of the original GU Energy Gel, built for high-intensity and long-duration efforts where standard fuel is not enough. Each caffeine-free gel delivers 100 calories and 21g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and fructose, 125–180mg of sodium and 1,425mg of amino acids including taurine, beta-alanine and BCAAs. Vegan and gluten-free.
