Usage Instructions:

Follow the timeline for each phase.

• Standard Protocol: Day before and race morning: Drink Mix 320 x 2, Solid 160 at breakfast, Amino Vital Sport Jelly 30–60 minutes before, Gel 100 Caf 100 15 minutes before, CrampFix 5 minutes before. Race: Drink Mix 160 every 75–90 minutes, a gel every 20–30 minutes, caffeine gel in the last 45 minutes. After: Blue Shot, Red Shot and Fuel X within the first hour.

• Environment Strategy: In Southeast Asian heat, drink at every aid station and keep CrampFix in your pocket. Always test your full plan in training before race day.
