Maurten Race Day Pack

Keep race fuelling simple with one brand you trust. The Maurten Race Day Pack covers about three to four hours of racing with around 300g of carbohydrate: two Drink Mix 320 bottles, three Gel 100, a Gel 100 Caf 100 for the final stretch, a Solid 160 bar for the early, easier phase and an Additions sachet to refresh your second bottle. Every fuel uses Maurten hydrogel, designed to be easy on the stomach. Made for runners, cyclists and triathletes in Malaysia, Singapore and across Southeast Asia.

Usage Instructions:

Spread your fuel through the race.

• Standard Protocol: Eat the Solid 160 in the first hour. Sip one Drink Mix 320 bottle every 90–120 minutes. Take a Gel 100 every 30–40 minutes and the Gel 100 Caf 100 in the last 45 minutes.

• Environment Strategy: In the heat, add water between bottles and the Additions sachet to bottle two. Always test your full plan in training before race day.
