Replacement Eligibility

We will gladly provide a replacement if:

• Your order arrives with a leaking or damaged product.
  
• You receive the wrong item.
  
• Your order is incomplete due to our packing error.
  

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  
• Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  
• The product must not be intentionally damaged or tampered with.
  

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Opened or consumed products.
  
• Products where you changed your mind.
  
• Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
  
• Products with damaged packaging that do not affect the product inside.
  
• Products that have been stored or handled improperly after delivery.
