We ship worldwide.

International orders are shipped duty unpaid (DDU). Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and are final. Any customs duties, import taxes or GST/VAT charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping Rates

Domestic orders within Malaysia are shipped via EasyParcel SPX. International shipping rates are calculated by weight and paid at checkout:

• Singapore: Teleport, RM25 for the first kg + RM5 per additional kg, up to 15 kg. FREE shipping on orders of RM350 and above.

• Hong Kong: Teleport, RM45 for the first kg + RM15 per additional kg, up to 15 kg. Free Shipping to Hong Kong on orders of RM700 and above.

• Thailand:

  • Bangkok & Nonthaburi: Teleport, RM25 for the first kg + RM5 per additional kg, up to 15 kg. Free Shipping to Bangkok via Teleport on orders of RM350 and above (Teleport-served postcodes in Bangkok & Nonthaburi).

  • Nationwide: Flash Express Ground Freight, 6 - 10 working days, up to 10 kg. RM175 covers the first 5 kg, plus RM24.50 per additional kg.

  • Free Shipping to Thailand via FedEx on orders of RM1,500 and above (all of Thailand, duties unpaid).

  • Import duty: Thai customs may charge import duty plus 7% VAT on parcels above about THB1,500. These charges are paid by the customer.

• Taiwan: T-Cat Air Freight, 5 - 10 working days, RM35 for the first kg + RM28 per additional kg, up to 6 kg per parcel.

FedEx International

For countries outside Malaysia, we also ship with FedEx. Depending on your destination, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Connect Plus will be offered at checkout.

• Rates: FedEx rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

• Duties & taxes: Overseas orders ship duty unpaid (DDU). Any import duties or taxes are paid by the customer on arrival.

Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are sent duties and taxes unpaid (DDU). Any import duty, VAT/GST, customs or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. EpicFuel.Asia is not liable for these charges, and free shipping does not include them. Parcels refused or abandoned because of unpaid duties or taxes are not refunded; any refund will have shipping and return costs deducted.

Free shipping does not apply to sponsored items (athlete or coach kits, refills and free product) sent to Singapore or outside Malaysia; normal delivery charges apply.
